Nickelodeon is getting ready to welcome a new kid heroine to its programming neighborhood when Abby Hatcher premieres Tuesday, January 1 at 10 a.m. ET/PT in the Nick Jr. preschool block. The 26-episode series, produced by Spin Master Entertainment, centers on a little girl with a big heart who helps her friends — quirky creatures called Fuzzlies — fix their mishaps, learn from their mistakes and negotiate their emotions.
You can get a taste of the sweet-natured adventures in store in this clip from the premiere, “When Abby Met Bozzly/Hair Flair Everywhere.” The episode sees Abby meet her best Fuzzly friend Bozzly for the first time. Then, when the hotel’s salon owner Mrs. Melvin closes for the day, Abby tries to help hair-obsessed Fuzzly Harriet find a new hobby.
