The flap-happy hilarity of Angry Birds Mystery Island keeps rolling on Prime Video this month, with Part 2 of the new animated series set to premiere on Tuesday, August 20. Hatchlings Mia, Rosie and Buddy along with foreign-exchange piglet Hamylton continue their epic castaway adventure, having been mistakenly catapulted onto an uncharted island in Part 1…
The new nestful of eight additional episodes from Season 1 will introduce brand-new characters to this quest for survival, as our misfit crew seek to meet the island’s challenges and solve its mysteries together:
- Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters) plays Marlon, an older, very angry bird who lives deep in the heart of the jungle.
- Tariq Trotter (Co-Founder of The Roots) voices Bat-Bat, a mysterious creature who defends the night.
These guest stars join Angry Birds Mystery Island‘s ensemble cast, featuring Harvey Guillén (What We Do in the Shadows), Kate Micucci (Scooby-Doo!), Dominic Monaghan (The Lord of the Rings) and Nasim Pedrad (Saturday Night Live).
The series was developed by Amazon Kids+ and showrunner Eric Rogers (Futurama), and is being produced by Titmouse Inc. (The Legend of Vox Machina).
Eight all-new episodes of Angry Birds Mystery Island Season 1 premiere August 20 on Amazon Kids+ and Prime Video.
