Tune in to the Dub Debut of ‘One Piece’ Episode 1,000 Tuesday

The time has finally come for the English-language dub drop that will deliver Luffy’s millennial milestone! Crunchyroll will premiere the dubs of One Piece episodes 989-1,000 on Tuesday, August 15 in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The next step into Wano Country presages the debut of Gear 5 Luffy, which already caused overload issues for anime streamers in the subtitled versions earlier this month.

Monkey. D. Luffy refuses to let anyone or anything stand in the way of his quest to become the king of all pirates. With a course charted for the treacherous waters of the Grand Line and beyond, this is one captain who’ll never give up until he’s claimed the greatest treasure on Earth: the Legendary One Piece!

Based on the best-selling manga created by Eiichiro Oda (published by Shueisha) and produced by Toei Animation, the One Piece Season 14, Voyage 9 English dub features the voices of Colleen Clinkenbeard as Monkey D. Luffy, Chris Sabat as Roronoa Zoro, Luci Christian as Nami, Eric Vale as Vinsmoke Sanji, Brina Palencia as Tony Tony Chopper, Stephanie Young as Nico Robin, Ian Sinclair as Brook, Patrick Seitz as Franky, Matthew Mercer as Trafalgar D. Water Law, David Sobolov as Kaido, Robbie Daymond as Kozuki Oden and Michelle Rojas as Yamato.
