Peak Entertainment Holdings Inc., a company focused on animation-heavy children’s television, character licensing and consumer products, is teaming up with Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee and his POW! Ent. LLC for future projects. The move will aid Peak in expanding its live-action offerings while giving Lee a platform for creation and development.
“This is a very exciting and privileged relationship that not only will take Peak into a much wider arena but has the potential to expand the company’s reach into movies and other live-action mediums that will be strategically beneficial for our integrated company model,” says Wilf Shorrocks, CEO and co-founder of Peak Ent.
“Peak offers POW! a mutually satisfying platform,” explains Lee. “I met with Peak’s principals, reviewed their intellectual properties and can foresee a host of far-reaching franchise endeavors in the image of what I have historically accomplished.”
Peak’s properties include Monsters in My Pocket, Little Big Feet, Faireez, Countin’ Sheep, Mini Flora and The Wumblers, which has just gone into production at Cosgrove Hall Films.
