BFC Ready to Pump New Episodes for Three Projects

Due to strong international interest generated at MIPTV, BFC Berliner Film Companie announced yesterday that it will extend the number of episodes for three of their animated kids’ properties: Da Boom Crew, Sherm! and MP4orce.

Da Boom Crew, a hip-hopping sci-fi series currently airing on the Kids’ WB! about four orphans in a parallel video game universe, will be increased from 13 to 26 x 22 minute episodes. BFC will also be doubling-up on Sherm!, which is produced in association with Super RTL and centers on the weird science of an adolescent boy and his five best friends who happen to be germs. And MP4orce, a thrilling gamescape toon about four best friends who are transformed into their favorite video game superheroes, will be upped to 26 x 30 episodes.

BFC Berliner Film Companie was established in 2002, and currently has offices in Berlin and L.A. The production company finances, produces and distributes television and feature film animation.
