Iain Gardner is an award-winning director with over 20 years’ experience, cutting his teeth at Richard Williams Animation Studio on THE THIEF AND THE COBBLER. His recent half hour special A BEAR NAMED WOJTEK was awarded Best Long Form Animation at the British Animation Awards. He was Artistic Director of McLAREN 2014, celebrating the centenary of pioneering Scottish/Canadian Animator Norman McLaren, and was Edinburgh International Film Festival’s McLaren Award programmer for a decade.
