Debbie Flores

Debbie represents clients in a broad range of transactional matters in music and entertainment, and has significant in-house experience in the music industry.

She negotiates and drafts a wide variety of deals including talent, music producer, guest artist, TV co-production, influencer, venue, production and distribution agreements as well as record deals and joint ventures. She also advises clients on content and music clearances, publishing, copyright, licensing, risk management, corporate and a full range of other issues.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Debbie was the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Saban Music Group LLC.

While pursuing her law degree in night classes, Debbie worked in the Business and Legal Affairs division of AXS TV, and as a law clerk in a boutique entertainment firm as well as a local, full-service firm. She served as Co-President and Co-Vice President of the Latino Law Student Association and competed in the National Hispanic Bar Association 22nd Annual Moot Court Competition with the Southwestern Law Latino Law Student Association team, which placed in the top eight.

After earning her undergraduate degree, Debbie worked at Music Reports Inc., then as a film/tv music clearance assistant for Universal Music Publishing Group.
