Tokyo-based animation studio TMS Entertainment Ltd. is adding 26 all-new episodes to the initial 52 installments of the hit toon Sonic X, based on the popular video game franchise from SEGA. The continuing adventures of the little blue speed demon and pals are in production and will be available for summer 2004.
Sonic X airs on, FOX BOX in the U.S., TF-1 in France and ITV in the U.K., among others. Fox Kids Europe offers the show worldwide through its cable and satellite channels. The series is set to debut in Asia, Scandinavia and Israel.
