Wild Animal Baby Explorers Debuts Oct. 3 on Public TV

Wild Animal Baby Explorers, the first-ever children’s TV series from the National Wildlife Federation, is set to debut starting Oct. 3 on public TV stations in the United States.

The 26 half-hour episodes of the series explores the natural world with 3D characters and live-action footage.

‘We want to give children an appreciation for animals and how closely connected to the natural world we all are,’ said Tony Summers, director of production for the NWF. ‘With Wild Animal Baby Explorers, as in everything we do, NWF is committed to making learning fun for kids while instilling in them a lifelong respect for wildlife and the environment.’

Presented by Washington, D.C.-based WETA, Wild Animal Baby Explorers is produced by NWF in conjunction with Xing Xing Digital Corp and distributed in the U.S. by American Public Television.

NWF is the largest member-supported conservation group in the United States. Its mission is to inspire Americans to protect wildlife for the future of the country’s children.
