Hulu Orders ‘Journey to the Center of the Internet’ Adult Animated Comedy Presentation

A new adult animated comedy may be joining the Hulu roster, with news that the Disney-owned streamer has ordered a presentation for Journey to the Center of the Internet. The project is created by writers Jon Eidson and Nick Smith, of L.A. comedy troupe Extremely Decent, and produced by Disney’s 20th Television Animation.

The pitch centers on two brothers with the ability to warp inside the internet, where the magnificent hellscape of cyberspace has come to life.

The series is developed by Eidson, Smith and Jordan Dunn (Teenage Mountain Lion), co-founder of The Wait List comedy team. Eidson and Smith executive produce alongside Zack Waxenberg and Michael Rotenberg of 3arts, with Dunn as co-EP.

Eidson and Smith are repped by of 3Arts and Ziffren Brittenham. Dunn is repped by Verve and Hansen Jacobson.
