Flight School’s Debut VR Title ‘Manifest 99’ Gets Rolling

Less than six months after setting up shop, new media creative studio Flight School has officially launched its debut original VR experience: Manifest 99. This animated underworld journey had a warm reception at E3 this summer, and is now available for PlayStation VR, Vive Port and Oculus for $5.99.

Manifest 99 is a an interactive, narrative-driven VR experience set in a visually rich world, rendered in a painterly style. The eerie tale of finding redemption in the afterlife is set on a mysterious train, rambling through an unknown void. The viewer must assist four travel companions to reach their final destination by questing for their lost objects. The game uses character engagement in a unique way — the player moves around by gazing into the eyes of other characters.
