Boomerang Scares Up Celeb Guests on New ‘Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?’

Starting Thursday, June 27, Boomerang streaming will begin rolling out a new 2D animated series starring the Mystery Inc. gang and tons of special guests: Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?. New episodes will premiere weekly, with the season finale set for Thursday, September 19.

The streaming premiere will be followed by a linear debut on Cartoon Network U.S. in July, followed by a global roll out on Boomerang TV channels later this year.

In Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?, Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo will face their toughest mysteries yet. Luckily, each week the Mystery Inc. gang is joined by a special celebrity guest star lending the meddling kids a hand in getting to the bottom of any spooky goings-on.

The premiere episode will feature NBA Superstar Chris Paul. Season 1 will also spotlight singer/songwriter Sia, actress/comedian Wanda Sykes (Vampirina), actor/comedian Ricky Gervais (The Willoughbys), the one and only Wonder Woman (voiced by Rachel Kimsey, Justice League Action), musical madman Weird Al Yankovic (Milo Murphy’s Law), SNL’s Keenan Thompson (Wonder Park), Family Matters’ Steve Urkel (Jaleel White), magicians Penn & Teller, Batman (DC Animated Universe regular Kevin Conroy), comedian Jimm Gaffigan (Bob’s Burgers), 16th President of the United States Abraham Lincoln (John DiMaggio, Adventure Time) and famous sleuth Sherlock Holmes (Ian James Corlett, Ninjago).
