Academy Award-winning animator Torill Kove has released a trailer for her new short film, Me and My Moulton (Moulton Og Meg). The film is selected for the main competition at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival this year and will have its world premiere at the event on June 10.
In a brief statement, Kove says of her latest short (once again co-produced with the National Film Board of Canada):
“Me and My Moulton is by far my most personal work released. It is about a 7 year old girl who lives in a family where the parents want to be different. She is essentially me at the age of 7. It is like a little memoir.”
