Scott began his career writing on Dynomutt: Dog Wonder in 1976, under the name Jeff Maurer. Since then, he has written more than 600 cartoon scripts for shows such as Hanna-Barbera’s Super Friends to Disney’s DuckTales and Tailspin series. He also served on the creative team behind the Emmy-Award winning Jim Henson’s Muppet Babies series. More recently he co-developed and story-edited the critically acclaimed PBS series Dragon Tales.
