Looney Tunes Puts Spring in SprintPCS

As Bugs, Daffy, Tweety and the rest of the gang gear up for their Nov. 14 return to the big-screen, the ink is drying on a cross-promotional deal between Sprint and Warner Bros. A Sprint camera phone is used in the upcoming live-action adventure comedy Looney Tunes: Back in Action, and Sprint customers nationwide will be visited by the iconic Looney Tunes characters on their PCS Vision Phones.

Sprint will run a national TV commercial featuring Looney Tunes characters interacting with "the Sprint guy" and a PCS Vision Picture Phone. This concept will also appear online, in print, and on in-store signage.

PCS Vision customers can now download Looney Tunes: Back in Action content to their PCS Vision phones to hear Bugs, Taz or Marvin the Martian announcing incoming calls; or to have ringers play Looney Tunes-themes songs. There is also an option for animated and static screen savers featuring Yosemite Sam, Porky Pig, and Daffy among others.

PCS Vision Picture Mail customers will be able to log on to www.picturemail.sprintpcs.com to add Looney Tunes frames and stickers to their pictures. Two new movie-based games, Zany Racer and Diamond Mine, will also be available.
