Mike the Knight (26 x 30). Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Premieres Sept. 8.
In the medieval land of Glendragon lives Mike, a boy with a big future. The son of the King and Queen, Mike is determined to grow up to be a great and noble knight, just like his dad. This brave hero is joined on his knightly missions by his companions Squirt and Sparkie—two extraordinary and eccentric dragons—and his trusty steed Galahad. Mike’s sister Evie, a trainee wizard, often tries to lend a hand, even though her spells often hinder rather than help her brother’s progress! Along the way, Mike discovers the power of responsibility and doing things the right way, abiding by his triumphant motto of “Be a knight, do it right!” (Produced by Nelvana Studio and HIT Entertainment)

Yuri, Lili and Matt are three little friends with some big challenges – like not being able to reach the light switch at night! Thankfully, their imaginary friends Golias (a blue elephant), Nessa (a pink giraffe) and Bongo (a green kangaroo) are tall enough, strong enough and BIG enough to help them out! Meet My Big Big Friend and discover that friendship, and lots of laughs, can help shrink life’s everyday challenges down to size. (Produced by Breakthrough Films in association with 2D Lab and Treehouse)
Bubble Guppies – Mondays at 6 p.m. premieres on Sept. 5

Set to a soundtrack of catchy, educational pop songs, Bubble Guppies explores a wide range of topics, from dentists and dinosaurs, to rock & roll and recycling. In each episode, the characters lead the learning process, discovering something of interest on their way to school and exploring that theme from a variety of angles. The series’ educational approach fosters a love of learning and inspires independent thinking by celebrating children’s natural curiosity and the power of everyday discoveries.
Babar and the Adventures of Badou. Monday to Friday
Produced by Nelvana Studio and TeamTO, in association with The Clifford Ross Company, Babar and the Adventures of Badou is inspired by the bestselling children’s book collection and follows the action-packed adventures of eight-year-old Badou, following in the footsteps of his famous grandfather King Babar (voiced by Gordon Pinsent). Badou has an appetite for adventure and a tendency to get caught in some tricky situations along with his colorful friends Chiku the monkey, Zawadi the zebra, Jake the scruffy little fox and Munroe the defiant and brave porcupine. Navigating the ups and downs of growing up in Celesteville’s royal palace, Badou never forgets that his grandfather King Babar will always be there to offer guidance and support.
