Season two of Nickelodeon’s Emmy-nominated toon Sanjay and Craig will launch on the channel this Saturday, July 19 at 10:30 a.m. (ET/PT) with a new two-parter episode “Hot Sauce Boss” / “Ghost Pool.” In “Boss” Chicken Chuck adds his own sauce to Penny’s hot wings, sparking a heated competition between the longtime friends. In “Ghost Pool” the kids go on a quest to find a legendary pool in the forest.
Season two of the 2D animated hit series will feature highlights such a guest star role for rap legend Snoop Dogg, and a Halloween-themed fall special. Fans can also check out 15 mini-games on Nick.com’s Frycade. The website and Nick App also host new episodes of Sanjay and Craig the day after air; episodes are also available for purchase on iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, Xbox and Playstation.
Sanjay and Craig was created by Jim Dirschberger, Jay Howell and Andreas Trolf and features the voices of Maulik Pancholy, Chris Hardwick, Linda Cardellini, Matt Jones, Tony Hale, Grey Griffin and Remington Tufflips.
